Could be a vibe that you give off that makes you not seem approachable. Really hard to say when we don't know anything about you. Are you talking about in a group setting they talk to your friends but not you? If that is the case just jump in the conversation and make your voice heard. They might just not know you enough of feel comfortable around you for whatever reason. That is why I say you are going to have to take the initiative and speak up. You can't always wait for the conversation to come to you.

Yes maybe it's because I don't talk to any of the girls either. I also don't make eye contact neither smile back at them. I guess these are the reasons. What do u think. But believe me I am introvert and shy guy it happens deliberately

Nah I would not worry about that. As I mentioned looks are subjective. What one girl finds attractive the next might not. I think it has more to do with you being the shy quiet type. Those girls probably sense that and don't engage you in conversation.
