Some women really do not get along with other women. Women have all these weird things they do that make no sense to me. Self deprecation while fishing for compliments. Going to the bathroom at the same time. Obsessing over their looks to each other and each other's looks. Backstabbing. Being sweet to your face while trying to get your guy. Crossing so many boundaries. The jealous competition they feel they have to have. Wanting you to sugar coat everything and kiss up to everyone. Vomit worthy. then, they will constantly pick fights and bug you if you go against all these dumb unspoken rules. That's all a waste of time and effort to me.
With men I can just show up the way I am, wear what I want, do what I want, and say anything I want and they will be chill about it and roll with the punches. I don't have to be fake, and that's great because I hate being fake just to make other people I don't care about like me. I don't care if they like me. They are irrelevant to my life. Men are very relevant to my life.
Most of the abusive people and bullies I've dealt with in life have been women, and out of the abusive people I've dealt with the women have been worse than the men.
Men have always been my preferred company and are usually my safe space. Just like some men prefer the company of men and some prefer women, and some women prefer the company of women. I can't stand most women.11 Reply- +1 y
I feel like you have made some sweeping generalisations about women. Women like to go to the bathroom in groups for safety reasons- creepy men tend to corner a girl they want, by waiting for her to be separated from the group, to eliminate this women go to the bathrooms together, plus its always fun having a little gossip sesh about who we find cute etc. I thought this was common knowledge.
Not every girl obsesses over their looks or is generally how you have characterised them to be. However, Im truly sorry that you have had such bad experiences with women in your life I understand this has shaped your world view.
I do hope you can/ will continue to heal and hopefully, genuine women with kind and loving hearts gravitate towards you and give you the love, care and support you deserve.

"Pick-me girl"
A pick-me girl is a girl who seeks male validation by indirectly or directly insinuating that she is “not like the other girls.” Basically a female version of a simp. Characteristics of a pick-me girl: lets men walk all over her because of her “CaReFrEE” demeanor, only hangs out with men because they’re “unproblematic”, exerts qualities/characteristics of her male counterparts that were not initially present to be more likable and relatable to them, etc.
Ex. 1:
Pick-me girl to her ONE girl acquaintance: “Yeah, I just have sOoo many guy friends because they’re so chill and not catty like literally every girl is lol!!”26 Reply- +1 y
That is a pick me girl.

There's girls who genuinely haven't had great experiences with women and prefer male company..
- +1 y
@Joshydavid25 she won't understand that easily till she gets a taste of such girls
- +1 y
@Joshydavid25 Sure, not denying that. But you gotta understand that women who say that are the legal definition of pick-me girls 😄 urban dictionary said that, not me
- +1 y
Hey, ain't we all pick me's at some point in life? LOL.. We all wanna be picked for something.. But I don't think those girls wannabe picked per say.. They just enjoy the company of guys more than women..
I also like having male friends. Women indeed can be quite drama queens in friendships. Only women who talk to me good are mature women in their 30s and very few exceptions of 18+ age girls. And one trend is all of them are European women mostly Russian/slav descendants. Others, no thanks they can be extremely rude, and think men want to get in their pants only which is stupid and insulting

Not relationship material. Women being feminine and forming close knit friend groups has been a reality since mankind origin.
If a woman isn't feminine enough to have girlfriends and surrounds herself with only men, a wise man will stay clear of her.
Not a long term mate candidate. She needs male attention and validation too much.

I would move on and not date such a girl who surrounds herself with men. I would advise any man to do the same. Any that are too "nice" and pursue such women... deserve whatever happens. - +1 y
Do you think that women who hang out with women don't cheat? Your insecurities won't protect you from that. Most women who cheat are women with mostly female friends. They have less immunity to the ways of men. Those who hang with them know their tricks and games and don't get worked up over little compliments and flirting. 😆 We hear their stories all day about how they trick other women.

@wolfcat87
I do not care.
Don't pursue women with a bunch of close male friends.
Have boundaries men. Have some standards. Pass on these women. - +1 y
@wolfcat87
This is great advice for men. You have professed you surround yourself with men so of course you are going to defend your ways. My wife doesn't hang with any male friends. If you are promoting that a marriage gets more healthy by the wife hanging out with and making more male friends and hanging out with more men instead of her family and husband then you are just nuts.
You don't know a damn thing. - +1 y
How long have you been married, because your profile says not married? I've been with my husband for 17 years, so I know quite a lot.
No one said more or less healthy but you. It's the same amount of healthy to have male or female friends. Otherwise men would be less healthy for having male friends.
No one said "hanging out with more men instead of her family and husband" either. People should be spending more time with their family than friends no matter the gender of their friends... Seems like you added a bunch of irrelevant extra details to narrow the scope of the actual question to fit your own insecure and unrealistic narrative of what women with male friends are doing... Where is any of this even coming from? - +1 y
@wolfcat87
Several years.
2 kids
How many guy friends she keeps in her life isn't any requirement to us having a healthy marriage.
She mainly hangs with her sisters. Occasionally a couple of female co-workers.
I stand by my advice to men. If a good you are getting serious about wants to hang out all the time with guys, move on. - +1 y
@wolfcat87
Who gives a sheet. My profile is basically blank. I probably was single when I started this account.
Why the hell are you so freaking butt hurt someone has the common sense to say you should get serious or marry women who keep all these close male friends?
Are you trying to cuck your husband and he is so weak he lets you run the relationship and keep all of your male friends around? Why is getting all the men out there to accept these bad boundaries trigger you so?
Your advise to accept this crap is awful.
I don't know what your bio says, because I don't care. I left mine blank so obviously I don't care about the bio section either.
Go away.

I have both male and female friends and love and cherish my friendships with both genders.
However, I am just more naturally comfortable and closer around my female friends on the sole basis that they share in the lived experience of girlhood with me. No one will be able to understand me better than my female friends we share times we were catcalled/ harassed by men, times when we shared eye contact with a cute guy, times when we noticed our body changing due to puberty, times when we did something stupid etc
It's fine to prefer having male friends but to say 'all' girls are drama is a bit of a red flag to me as well as a sweeping negative generalisation. That being said I know not every girl has had good/ positive experiences with other girls. I know Im very lucky.

+1 yI have never met such a woman in real life.
My best friends are girls and I believe, girls can be much better of friends than guys can.
I have 10-12 years of friendship history with my girls. I’d much rather spend my time with them than any guys. They make every day a celebration and I miss them a lot.

+1 yNothing much.. I've known some girls like that.. They're usually very tom-boyish.. And they genuinely don't like to be around other women.. One woman who I talked with said that it's because she thought a lot of women were snakes..

+1 yDepends on the woman. Some people think all men or all women are the same. That’s not true. There is toxic femininity. Toxic women. Sure. It’s not all women though.
I think people should just be happy with who they’re happy being aorind. Nothing wrong with having opposite sex friends.00 Reply
+1 yMy closest friend is a man I've known since I was 2 years old.. and he is not straight. He prefers men or very masculine people so it's no worries there. Depends on the guy I guess. I totally get what you mean.

@Jennz6 i am his friend :)
It’s fine to have male friends and get along with them better than female friends, but saying you can’t be friends with girls cause they’re to much drama means that your the girl that causes drama (From my experience). Sometimes this isn’t the case and they’ve just met mean girls. If someone’s like this then they should probably try to expand their friend group.

Anonymous(18-24)+1 yWomen maybe more drama but drama is harmless. Men are more psychopathic. They'll bully and kill you, and mean it. I saw a father verbally abusing his 7 year old son at a restaurant yesterday. One second the dad was all nice and then suddenly he starts ripping him to pieces in front of everyone. Men are just as bad as women. Women are actually more civilized and harmless.

Well I know several of them, and for some reason they prefer to be friends with men they’ve explained it to me, but it’s quite a long story something about not clicking.

+1 yIt's a red flag for a relationship. The guys will always undermine her relationship with another guy eventually
12 Reply- +1 y
Guys don't typically undermine their own male friends relationships with women unless they really hate her. Eventually a woman will complain to her friends about her boyfriend and if she only has male friends then the relationship is doomed. Guys aren't that good with giving advice about fixing relationships. We don't usually talk about those things so advising her to end it gets us out of those types of conversations quicker. It's just easeir
