What does it mean if a girl is friendly around every guy but me?

she has lots of guy friends and is chatty around them but around me her words are stilted and she cannot make eye contact. I've even seen her actively avoid me once she saw me.

I've caught her looking at me a few times and she looked away instantly, i think i can also see her glancing at me out the corner of my eye (maybe im insane)

Is this normal for a girl to act around a guy she likes? or does she hate my guts (she has no reason to)?
