Total Turn On. I love a woman who can kick butt, take names, gets things done, loves and appreciates herself and her accomplishments, and shows it. Those women aren't going to just follow the crowd because they are weak and insecure. I don't trust people like that, they have no backbone to do what needs to be done in life. Weak people are weak links in my inner circle, and that's fine for other people but it's not for me. If she can take the world on with no fear and no worries about what others think of her, she's perfect.

Weak people won't like boss women, because they can't compete, can't keep up, and being around them makes people who are not confident feel more insecure and bad about their selves. I see no problem there. It's like putting someone failing in life next to a millionaire movie star or Beyonce. Of course they are going to feel bad. Doesn't mean there's something wrong with Beyonce or the movie star for doing better and feeling better. It's a personal problem for those who would rather get upset about someone else doing well than deal with their own personal problems. Misery loves company...

Speaking for this man, me, I love a independent intelligent ambitious woman, it's nothing wrong with having self esteem and confidence, I treat women with much due respect, they are individuals also with their own values thoughts opinions ideas, I value those in a relationship, it's not my way, be quiet, or I don't want to hear it, I want to know what a woman thinks hear her views, women have every right to hold their heads up and be as confident and proud as they want, for all they have accomplished and contributed, and sad for how they were treated less than a hundred years ago, couldn't vote, had no t Rights the struggle and loss of life to be where they are today it should never have been that way in past but congrats, keep striving moving forward and to the feminists out there. Like one other person here is saying, it can be too much. Like, I don't want a girl to have the outlook that she looks like crap and isn't worthy of anyone, but at the same time the "I'm a goddess and I only date guys who look like a Brad Pitt and make more money than him," are a turn off.

I'd like her to be more mild. Think cool, calm, dreamy. Yet not stone faced or reserved. Yet not too far out there either, I don't want bubbly, yet I don't want reserved either. Big difference between "overconfident" and high self esteem.
