Basically if she finds out im with any other girls whether its a friend or im on a date she constantly phones and texts me making excuses for help so i will go help her. if she doesn't know i get left alone.

She has her boyfriend for alpha fucks and you for beta bucks and she either doesn't want to share her simp with the other girls or she knows that if you got together with one of them you would no longer be at her beck and call. If she was a good friend, she would help you prep for dates, give advice and wish you all the best. She doesn’t do this. Instead, she tries to get you away from potential partners and women in general.
She’s never been a friend. She’s interested in you. She’s been waiting all this time and gets jealous when you show interest in others because she thinks it should be her.
I suggest you tell her you’re not into her and never will be.
She could be the type that is jealous both of her boyfriend as well as friends. Maybe she would be jealous of female friends hanging out with other female friends as well? Maybe she took you for granted as a dating option all those years, and now that you're giving other girls a chance, she's realizing what she's lost.
