@PrincelyGlove yes! I do try to be positive too but it is very exhausting 😭 I might be able to keep up the positive attitude at home. Once I go outside tho, I have to start building my confidence back up again

I’m sorry, it’s common most people experience insecurities and we don’t necessarily have to force ourselves to be “positive” because it’s okay to be honest and process that these are the emotions and thoughts you’re going through. But it’s also healthy to not be stuck in it and work towards accepting those things you’re worried about in a light hearted way or make changes for yourself.

For ex1, last night I went out with thin heels on while it was raining in a mini black top and mini skirt… all I could think about was how awk I felt walking and looking silly not trying to dig my hills on any crack as I was walking (by the way I low key did 🤣) but no one was really judging me except myself lol. People still greet me or compliment me as I passed by. It actually wasn’t a big deal lol. Sometimes, it’s just all in our head.

@Light_beam Most men will not talk to you unless they think you are beautiful or at least attractive in some way. I have never had a guy tell me I was ugly online or in person. Since most men will not say anything to you if they think you are ugly.
I have had plenty of girls tell me I am ugly though lol.

I've slowly learned to love my body as it is. My biggest insecurity is my face tbh, I look a little too much like a latina in my opinion. I love the way American girls look and since I moved to the US I can't help but want to look like them
