I don't really get the meaning of your question but given the fact that you mention a social media leads me to believe that you have a crush on a virtual person.

This woman might be real but you crush on her virtual profile and that is certainly not an ideal situation. She is either a famous person or one that has a number of followers and you are probably just one of those thousands that does exactly the same because you know that you will never be able to talk to her in real life.

Basically, you are wasting your time and I don't know what you are hoping for. You are simply wasting your energy and emotions that could be better used and channeled if you were looking for someone that is real and approachable.

Cravings in general can be bad because they tend to make you lose control because you cannot (or don't want to) face reality.
