Question

Do girls wear these type of leggings (that outline her butt crack) because they are seeking attention? If so, who are they seeking attention from?

I'm not judging, everyone has the right to wear what they like, but I imagine most guys would struggle not to catch a glimpse and would find the view arousing.

Why not? A girl wears a skirt to look nice and the same for these. Seeking attention and attracting the opposite sex is natural and even animals and birds do it. Female baboon's butts go red to attract the male for mating, a peacock shows it's feathers. I love leggings on females so whatever the reason, carry on and please stay in fashion.

they will come up with other justifications but in essence, yes they want to be seen... it's the only way they have chance of reproduction. Showing off their bodies is thus important to attract mate.

you can wear them and not be seeking attention. believe it or not, there are genuinely lots of women that do it because THEY PERSONALLY think it makes them look good, not thinking about what other people might think of them, especially not sexually.

I can't imagine someone wearing those and not realizing how it accentuates the buttocks. I saw a girl, maybe 16-17 wearing pants like that and they looked GOOD. It made me full a bit guilty for noticing, but you can't really help it, you know.
