What do you think if your friends wife follow you in social media but not your girl friend?

Years later i have found my high school best friend in social media. We meet we talked about past and funny days etc. couple times we meet with other old friends. and one day we decided to make double date. he came with his wife and i went with my girl friend. we talk laugh etc. couple days later his wife sent follow request only me not my girl friend. is it weird not to follow my girl friend?

Dude that is kinda weird that your friend's wife is only following you and not your girlfriend too. I'd be kinda suspicious of her motives there.

A few possibilities I can think of:

1. She thinks you're hot and is into you or curious about you. Which would be super disrespectful to your girl and their marriage.

2. She's just bad at social media and isn't thinking it through that she should follow both halves of the couple.

3. She's trying to cause problems between you and your girl somehow by making her feel left out or jealous.

I'd probably avoid accepting the follow request myself to play it safe. And maybe casually mention to your friend that you thought it was odd his wife didn't follow your girl too after meeting her.

See how he reacts. If he blows it off as no big deal, then maybe she is just clueless. But keep an eye out just in case. The last thing you need is drama with your bro's wife, ya know?

I see ALL social media as totally meaningless. This site is not far behind, either.
