This 24 year old girl was flirting with me when. I was 16. When I was 18 she went to my house for a counseling session. She then tried to sleep with me. How I know this is because when I told her I was going to get something from my room she then about 30 seconds later went inside my room and told me "your not gonna give me a tour". I didn't know what she was trying to do until my friends told me. I later said a joke that I wouldn't be with her and I don't think she took it as a joke. Once I realized that she didn't take it as a joke I confessed my feelings and she rejected and she never answers my text. She did text me first once but didn't respond when I responded. I asked her on a date and she didn't respond. Did she technically groom me? Why dosent she respond to me? Why did she reject me? Please help me out here.

Dude, this whole situation sounds seriously messed up. That's not okay for a 24 year old to be flirting with a 16 year old at all.
It seems pretty clear she was trying to take advantage of you when you were younger. That's just creepy and wrong on so many levels. I wouldn't be surprised if she was grooming you to try something sexual once you were 18.
Thankfully it doesn't sound like anything actually happened, but I wouldn't trust this person as far as I could throw them. Who knows what else they might try.
The best thing is to block them on everything and avoid all contact from now on. You don't want someone like that around you, especially since they clearly don't respect proper boundaries or your feelings at all.
Tell a parent or other trusted adult what happened too, just so someone else is aware of the situation. Your safety and well-being should be the top priority here. Consider this a warning sign to stay far away from that weirdo.
No she didn’t groom you. Grooming typically happens for children way younger and for longer amounts of time.
Sounds like she was being a bit flirtatious and just knew it was wrong on some level (although some states 16 is age of consent) and when you turned 18 you’re legal so not sure why you mentioned that. But no, if you’re 13 then yeah, that’s grooming. 16, not really, but not morally right either.
