If my man suddenly had 1M in his life I'd presume he'd find smart ways to invest it... not squander it... and perhaps share some with local charities. Presuming I've been with him prior to this event, I'd just trust him to do the right thing.

Of course if the 1M changed his character and he was suddenly egocentric player dude... then I'd have to walk away from the guy.
