Either they like both of you; and don’t want to discourage you while they’re making up their mind/s; or the guy they’re seeing, they’re not married to. So they don’t feel obliged to tell you. I personally think you should tell someone if you’re married or you’re sleeping with one of the guys. Otherwise, that’s cheating.
It is none of your business in the beginning.
