Not sure what to think?

I'm a regular at my local cafe, and most people who work there know me from going in, we're not on first name basis but they're familiar with me. Anyway I'm having trouble figuring out this server's behaviour, she's engaging with every other customer and she's quite bubbly and seems confident, yet Everytime she serves me, she says the bare minimum, even when I'm standing in line, I hear her talking to the person in front of me, then when it's my turn it's a total character change, I've not said or done anything to her. occasionally though, it seems she can engage with me like other customers but she always ends up reverting back to barely speaking, I've noticed we have been exchanging glances with eachother for about 6 or 7 months, its always multiple times a night, sometimes she can hold It, other times she looks away when I look back. I've also noticed that when I've been served by other people, the things I've described in my order, the next time I Interact with her She'll give me my coffee exactly how i described it to other people, and very Rarely She'll give me my coffee without me asking. But those times are few and far between Everytime I Think she's warming upto me she always reverts back to saying the bare minimum. She doesn't have this problem with anybody else

So what is the question you want us to answer? I get that you aren't sure what to think but don't bother thinking anything. She is just doing her job. She works in the service industry. As long as she is being pleasant and not ignoring your requests or screwing up your order all the time then just don't think anything about it. Maybe she knows the other people that you notice her being bubbly to better than you. You did mention that you aren't on a first name basis with her. What if she is with those other people and they are regulars that are in all the time? Maybe that is why she is more open and outgoing with them. Take it from someone who works in the service industry part time. Just be happy she gets your order right.

Im Not talking about having chit chat with me, I'm talking about when she's dealing with other customers, she's asking multiple questions pertaining to their order, with me she says the bare minimum

So what? Does she get your order wrong? If that is a no then what does it matter?
