What truly attracts a man: revealing clothes or more modest clothes?

Men seem to give their time of day to girls who dress very revealing in the gym. Of course I never judge girls for what they wear. But I feel like if I want to compete with these girls, I need to dress the same because they seem to be at an advantage by showing more skin. If I want to get the attention of a man I like at my gym, do I dress more revealing or modest but cute? Do men feel attracted to girls who are obviously very fit with a good body but dress modest? Does it show more self-respect?

There's an abundance of women that wear less cloth's today. And in most cases, the attention those women attract is exclusively sexual. So it depends on what you're looking for. Are you interested in men that will value you for more that your sex appeal, or men that will value you for who you are? I think most women want to be valued for more than just their bodies, but make the mistake of dressing more provocatively in an effort to attract men, and end up disappointed in the kinds of men they attract. That being said, you can be sexy without showing too much skin.

This question and description is very “pick me” oriented. First, you need to change your mindset. You don’t need to attract these men. While women who dress in tight clothes get more attention, it’s usually sex based. You have to also realize most men at the gym will bang any woman they find attractive if that’s their mindset. Doesn’t matter if you dress like a catholic nun.
I go to the gym regularly and can tell you gym women can be catty and competitive but the woman who minds her business and is mysterious and sexy always wins.

Those ladies that getting attention for showing more skin aren't getting genuine attention as they Mostly attract men that aren't looking for something serious. If you aren't looking for something serious then you act like those ladies. All depends on what you want. A relationship or a hook up.
