This girl I talked to suddenly wanted distance and no contact at all, we randomly met a couple of months after this and she said hi when I passed her. (With respect to her wish I had no intention of talking to her)

Did she do it just to be friendly, or could she be open to some form of contact? Or could it be any other reason? I know this is probably subjective from girl to girl
