Why is this barista lady keep stopping what she is doing to come over and talk to me?

This lady who works at coffee shop when I go to buy food, she keeps stopping what she is doing and comes over to talk to me at counter. She asking things what I'm doing this weekend and how's my day going at work. She never use to talk to me at all. But now she is suddenly initating more conversation with me. What is going on?

Well she isn't going to plunge in right away so she seems to think it's time to get to know her customer's. Maybe to her, you might be giving off the impression that you would like some conversation. Nothing wrong with pleasant conversation with another human being.

We don't tip in Australia. She is making more of an effort to have a conversation with me. She never use to but now she is. None of the other workers are doing it. But she is and I've noticed her behaviour has changed towards me

Moving along, if you're a regular there then yes she's most likely flirting with you. Have you checked her hand for a ring... or asked her if she's involved with anyone?
