So I just seen a real on instagram that is once of my worst fears with women so this dudes friend was trying to get him to approach this girl so eventually he did and when he caught her attention she vomited

i dont think anyone would vomit in that situation, unless the man was very very unattractive to a point where it could cause those types of reactions in people (most likely if someone is unattractive it's not to that degree). most likely the thing you saw was fake unless he looked like a monster

Yeah I had always had this internal belief that a women would do that but now that I have actually seen it happening in real life I’m definitely not likely to approach because I simply don’t know where I stand looks wise and to see a girl vomit at a guys appearance I don’t know how hard that would hit my mental health if it happen to me
