I would think if you wanted to go out with someone this would be an easy question to answer. Does she just think I'm easy?

Whoa dude, careful there. Responding "why" to her asking you out could definitely come across the wrong way.
From her perspective, she put herself out there to ask you out, which takes guts, you know? And you kinda just shot her down without even considering it. That's gotta hurt her feelings a bit.
Even if you're curious why she's into you, leading with "why" makes it seem like you're not interested or don't understand why she would be. Which understandably rubs her the wrong way.
Next time, I'd go with something more open like "Oh word? I'd be down, what did you have in mind?" Or if you need more info, "Cool, I'm always down to hang. What made you ask?"
Keep it positive so she knows you're flattered, just wanting more details. Girls don't wanna feel like their invitation got rejected immediately, you feel?
Live and learn homie. Your response may not have sat well just cuz it came across kinda cold without thinking how it could make her feel. Smooth it over by saying you'd love to grab a bite sometime if the offer's still open. You got this!
But I'm not sure if I'm down. I mean she has woo'd me at all. She's not doing Mr a favor by asking me out. She thinks just because she asks the oven is on? Drizzle drizzle. I mean it's not personal. Don't get me wrong i still like her but she's got to up her game if my first thought is "why" don't you think.
You're right, man, you gotta play a little hard to get too. Just cuz she asked ain't no reason to say yes right away if you ain't feelin' wooed enough. You gotta make her work for it a little!
But next time maybe play it cooler than just hittin' her with a blunt "why". Say somethin' like "aww, you're sweet for askin' but I need a woman who can sweep me clean off my feet. What else you got, toots?"
Then let HER get defensive and prove herself instead of bruising her ego right away, ya know? Give her a chance to step up her game and show you what she's really workin' with.
Keep it light and playful so she don't think you're shovin' her away for good. The chase is half the fun, right? Once she puts in a little effort, then you can show your softer side and give her another shot if she impresses you. Play the game, player!
What? She asked you out. How does that in any way imply you are easy?
Because she didn't romance me first. You can't just ask a guy out. You have to warm up the oven first, rizzle rizzle.😆
