I haven't had a boyfriend, or had anyone interested in me in over a year. Guys will flirt with me occasionally but it never turns into anything. People are always telling me that I'm pretty but it's always girls or family. So it's hard to really believe them. How do I read all this? I I'm so pretty why have I been single for sooooooo long!?

I'm not going to bs you and say there's no way you can be unattractive like the others. My first thought is maybe the guys your going after are a little bit higher number than you? Tbh there are tons of girls out there that I don't think have particularly attractive faces. I would even say it's a high majority. But then again I would definitely consider dating a girl that had a nice body if she wasn't great in the facial looks. Why? Because I love a woman's body and I know it's something she has some control over.

I don't think we are going to be able to say whether your attractive or not, especially with no picture but if you want to improve you persuasion with a man you can put some effort into your body. You may have a great body and if you do there's no reason you can't find a guy, but again you may have to lower the number you go after to some extent.

Or it could be a personality issue and you just need to mature a bit more. I hope I don't sound like too much off a di ck.

if guys flirt with you, then you're relatively attractive, that's not what's keeping you from getting a boyfriend. It could be your personality, or your confidence, or your willingness to talk, or your general vibe etc...

The ugliest girls I know always had boyfriend, I never had one and I don't think I am ugly I just think I am not out there... The more you are out the more chances you have...

Just meet more people and its not about beauty...

Sorry but looks, for men especially, are huge when it comes to being boyfriend/girlfriend with a girl. Yes you have to put your self out there to some extent as well.

Of course looks counts but isn't the fact of beign pretty or ugly the reason to have a boyfriend, I never had a boyfriend I think I am pretty hot and they seem to agree its just a matter of matching...i know really ugly people with boyfriend and gf... Not shy at all, the exact opposite. I know I have a good personality, that's why I think I might just be ugly? Guys love being friends with me, but they never co sider dating me as even an option. It's really confusing.
