I am in a friendship group it’s me and two other girls, Beki and Emily. From the very start I have been getting negative vibes from Emily that she doesn’t like me or merely tolerates me.
- the first time I hung out with both of them Emily would keep side eyeing Beki every time I said anything and make out that what I said was stupid
- I have autism but I am high functioning but every time I meet up with both girls, Emily makes comments about my autism. One time she randomly blurted out angrily “you’re such a special needs case” and it hurt my feelings. Whenever I meet up with her she always finds a way to bring up my autism as if it’s a bad thing, she says “I know loads of low key jobs where you don’t have to socialise and mix with people which would really suit you”
- she never compliments me or says anything nice to me but always builds up Beki in front of me. She always likes and comments on all of Beki’s posts and photos but ignores mine.
- when it was my birthday I uploaded a photo of me enjoying my day and she immediately sent me a private WhatsApp saying “happy birthday you look beautiful how are you celebrating?” But never liked my post which was strange because she viewed all my stories that day. She has no problem liking or supporting Beki’s birthday post and even commented publicly on hers
- We used to work in the same job and she would often snitch to the manager whenever I made a mistake. She would send round emails to all my colleagues highlighting my mistakes and telling people that she had to correct me because I got it wrong.
- When there was a work social going on she kept telling me not to go to it and said ‘the manager doesn’t like you much so I wouldn’t show up if I were you’. I went anyway and she ignored me the entire day even though we were supposed to be friends.
- she joined my gym with me and kept making comments about how I’m addicted to the gym and “make it my home” like there’s something wrong with that.
