My ex doesn’t want to be friends with me despite having mutual friends?

I got involved with someone in my friend circle and it didn’t work out. She has someone stopped coming to group events and has blocked me on everything. I saw her at a friend’s house and she avoided and ignored any attempts that I had to make conversation. When I confronted her on how she was acting she told me that she isn’t obligated to be my friend and it didn’t matter if we had mutual friends.

Why is she being so immature?

She is not being immature/ Holding on to exes is not healthy. I usually prevents at least one of the ex-partnes from moving forward, and it also presents problems when your new girlfriend wants to know why you still spend time with a girl who was a sexual partner in your past. Let go of her and move forward,
