So I've been going to the gym for a while and I have noticed this girl that I know happens to be crushing on me. I have not been to the gym in the past month and I just returned the other day. I saw her there on my first visit back. I noticed her and she turned her head and we made eye contact. One thing I noticed about her that was different was that she was not wearing makeup. I see her at the gym all the time and she is normally ALWAYS wearing it. Right after we made eye contact she had this look of dissapointment on her face.
Well later during my workout I noticed she looked very mad. Like she was seriously pissed and I have never seen her like that. My feeling is that she assumed I would not be at the gym because I had not been in a month, so she thought she would be ok not wearing makeup? But in general do girls feel this way?

Yo man, I think you're right - it sounds like she was probably embarrassed you saw her without makeup.
A lot of girls feel super self-conscious being bare faced around guys they like. Makeup is like armor, you know? It helps them feel more confident and in control of how they're presenting.
Without it, they worry you'll think they look tired or boring or way less hot. Even if they're still beautiful naturally. It's stupid but that's just how some girls are programmed haha.
I bet she was pissed cuz she hadn't expected to run into you without her face all done up to impress. Don't take it personally though - she probably feels dumb more than mad at you.
Just play it cool. Next time smile and say she looks great no matter what, that'll help her relax. And maybe ask for her number so she knows you're into her with or without makeup on!
Ik a girl for 10 years and I never saw her without makeup. Its no different if you go out party or just watch a series at home with her, she always puts the same care into her makeup.
What girl wears makeup to the gym to get all sweaty and have it run? XD
