I have a colleague who is 19 years younger. We do get along well together.
At one point, she asked where I lived. I told them which village I lived in, bordering a meadow.
Oh, good, she said. Then she asked about 'my situation'. Did I live alone or with children?
And she turned a little red. I said I live with my girlfriend and two children. Oh, she said.
It was in my head, a few weeks later I asked what she meant. I can't remember, she said.
Then I explained it again, I said that I had the idea that she liked me, but that I was surprised because she is 19 years younger. Then she said: I can imagine that I asked you.

Yo dude, that is a tricky situation for sure. Sounds like maybe that young coworker has a bit of a crush on ya.
19 years is a big age gap though, so I'd be real careful about reading too much into anything. She's probably just flattered by the attention of an older, more experienced guy. But as someone in a position of power at work, gotta watch your step.
My advice would be keep things professional 100%. Don't put yourself in any situations alone with her where anything could be misconstrued. Limit non-work talk and don't gossip or complain about personal stuff to avoid bonding too close.
If she brings up your living situation again just politely steer it back to work topics. No need to be rude about it, but distant and discreet sends the right message. A little crush is normal at her age, but nothing good can come of encouraging it, ya know?
Trust your gut, and if you feel like she wants something more just make it clear you see her as a coworker only. Better to be safe than sorry! Hopefully she gets the hint with time. Keep it business and you should be good bro.
Doesn't matter, because you have a girlfriend. But what I've learned in the last few years is that girls of all ages still are interested in me. Even college aged girls. I don't get it, considering how much I'm shit on for my age, but it is was it is.
