For example, I'm out doing an errand or having lunch at a restaurant alone (mind you, I don't even go to gyms or places like that), will a woman scream at me and report me if she lays eyes on me?

I'm not exactly eye candy because I'm 5'8ft with brown hair and hazel green eyes (I'm French, Italian, and Canadian by ancestry). Wouldn't that startle the ladies? The only guys women may somewhat be interested in, let alone like, are 6'0ft and have naturally blonde hair and big round light blue eyes, and must have English or German DNA.

I have no intention of looking at or approaching women, but would I still get deemed "creepy" as long as women are started by my very appearance (no matter what I do)?

I think you're over worrying about it, listening or watching too much media. Most women don't really care what guys are doing unless he's being obviously creepy. Only women who want to get attention will stir up trouble will say such nonsense or didn't get their way.
