Because what is labelled as abuse is actually activating their monkey brain. Women don't want to be loved... they want to feel love. The question is how does a pimp do that? Jealousy, controlling behaviors, emotional outbursts, even physical violence to an extent is a woman's way of showing care and love. A pimp understands this and will give it to them. Which is why a woman oftentimes confuses abuse as love.
