Step Dad crush?

I have a 22yr old, sort of rebellious step daughter. I've known her for about 3 years now and it has always been kind of weird between. I'm not a whole lot older than her so its not some Anna Nicole Smith and the 99 yr old billionaire type of deal.
When she comes around, she's always wearing super short shorts and tight tanks and always looks at me. She'll come over and sit on my lap sometimes and always hugging and different things. A few friends, the wife and her were all playing cards and having a few drinks one weekend. I went into the kitchen to get another beer. She was in there and ran to the fridge to block me from getting in. Playful banter stuff I guess. She said fine, i'll get you a beer. She turned around, bent over to get a beer and kind of pushed her butt out and wiggled it. When she did, she brushed up against me and it felt like she did it on purpose. She stood up and just looked at me for a second. Later, I went out for a smoke and she came out there to vape. She said she was cold and leaned into me. I could feel her breath on me and she was really pushing into me. Her hands went down and in my pockets as they were ice cold. She accidentally brushed up against... well... I think she knew what she did. She let out a playful giggle said oh my my... Is that okay?
