He is REALLY good fun, intelligent - lots of pluses. How do I handle the above? It should also say loo seat but I can't edit it!!!

I don’t see why not wearing boxers would be a big deal, but peeing on the toilet seat is gross and so is not wearing deodorant. If you really like him, you could ask him to change these things that you don’t like.

There are only 3 options here: stay with him and ignore it, stay with him and get him to change, or break up with him. (Personally, I’d do the third. I don’t like bad hygiene. Also, it would feel like mothering to have to teach him how to prevent body odor and how to use the toilet properly. A major turn-off.)

Get a clicker and every time he does something good, click it and give him a treat. Also scold him when he does bad.
