Boyfriend won't let me see him without his shirt on?

My boyfriend won't let me see him without a shirt on. I know that before we would share a bed that he would sleep naked but how he won't even let me see him without a shirt on. We sleep in the same bed now and I know that he is Uncomfortable with so many clothes on but he still won't take off his shirt. I think he wants to but he is too self concious. I'm very open with him about my insecurities and I would never make fun of him for the way he looks. I just don't see what is going on and why he's doing this

he's insecure. Maybe he has man boobs or a third nipple lol. U love him for him he will eventually understand that. Just dont push him cuz it makes it even more awkward im insecure without my shirt on so I know how it is lol

Completely. QA just tell him that you care about him, and that no matter what it is you like being with him. If he just takes off his shirt, it won't affect how you feel about him.
