Yeah, the women that often express what a real man is, Seldom had real men in their lives when they were kids, so they don't know what a real man is anymore than the average man does, nevertheless do they know what a real woman is. So ignore those women. A real man is a man that does what he says he is going to do, is motivated to achieve more than the average man, has a moral compass that is not swayed by anything or anyone, has the capacity for violence, and lastly has immense emotional and self control.
