Why isn't she reactive to me anymore?

She doesn't seem to interact with me unless she needs something like alcohol or cig. She pays me as well. And if I markup price she is willing to give. But she is hesitant to meet me otherwise. If I reject, she will buy from someone else thus I have no option but to hang her around by buying these. Plus she was once very into me but now doesn't seem to be reactive at all.
