so this girl gives me mixed signals every day and can't tell me something for 4 months and tends to draw things out should i give up

In your case, when I've made myself clear to her.

I don't fully KNOW your situation. But if a woman is UNWILLING to put herself out there at best she doesn't really care about you that much. And at worst is flat out manipulating you.

A man need only let his feelings be known once. If she's not interested or not interested at that time then you walk away. If she decides later that she IS interested for whatever reason then it is HER job to pursue you. To do it any other way is to disrespect yourself. Don't do that.
