Why do women take too long putting on their makeup?

I would say that it depends on the woman, because some women prefer not to use makeup, or use extremely light makeup, I don't use tons of makeup, but it still takes time because there are several steps in makeup, and they can't be done in just 3 seconds. If you think we're taking too long, try applying makeup and you'll understand lol.

I no longer wear make up anymore because I get terrible acne even if I clean my face well after. I only wear it on special occasions and it only takes me less than 15 minutes to do but then again when I do wear make up, I don’t wear a lot. I don’t see the need to take longer than 30 minutes to put it on.

Women wear this liquid paper bags because their worth depends on it. If nobody wanted to throat-fuck them, they would have to deal with the wage gap.

It takes me about 15 minutes to do my makeup as I wear very little BUT I don’t think sitting and complaining about your partner putting in effort with how they look, is a good idea. Sounds like a pretty shitty partner in my opinion.
Also, different makeup looks require different amounts of time. If you’re doing a full glam look for events then yeah you’ll do more steps and you want it to be blended well but everyday makeup will be quick quick because you use very little.

For me it’s just because I always always always mess up my eyeliner like 80 times and I know no one else will likely notice but I will and I don’t want to have to deal with that all day.

Cause they are too busy criticizing themselves in the mirror on how it looks so 30 to 40 getting ready another 2 to 3 hrs worrying. I wear very little light touches , takes 10 mins.

I rarely wear it unless there is an event/fancy dinner, so personally I take a long time because I am out of practice in applying it and I’m generally bad at it. Try getting the eyeliner wings to look a like! It is harder than it looks! 🤣
