Why do virgin women get bullied online?

For the most part I see it happen more to women and it's by other women, they get called pick me girls or they are insulted or told they aren't special which I find completely unnecessary since they don't even have to watch or comment on the video, they also try to guilt trip the woman for keeping herself pure for a man, I have only one logical assumption and it's that they are insecure about their own body count so they react in an unhealthy way, with hate, there's many mature women that have their body count but don't act like this, they respect others and even support a woman for making a decision they didn't make themselves which shows good character, body count or not.

I have not seen a lot of that myself. But people will try anything that they think may work when they are trying to insult. Usually with the virginity thing, they try to insinuate that they aren't really virgin by choice, but because nobody wants them. And to be fair, most people are not specifically saving themselves for marriage anymore, so that probably works a lot more than it would have 60 years ago.

I do agree that sometimes the bully is just projecting their own embarrassment of their own high body count, but not always.

Do they though? Is that a thing? Never seen it in all my years online. People get bullied for all kinds of shit.
I have to say though, the idea of ‘keeping pure’ is kind of comical though, & just self-righteous enough that it begs to be made fun of. Also, people get treated the way in which they allow themselves to be treated, and the world is not so kind, so maybe they should keep it to themselves? The concept of ‘body counts’ is of course absurd, so don’t perpetuate or participate in discussing them, as a rule.

Every-damn-body gets "bullied" on the Internet. Virgins get picked on as you say, promiscuous girls get picked on and called "sluts" and "easy," girls with average body counts get picked on for not being virgins, or for not being promiscuous, or just for being "boring" or "average."

I haven't seen anything that indicates that virgins are especially subjected to bullying, but I don't really spend much time reading in all-female spaces, so it might be that I just haven't witnessed it myself.

It happens because people deliver private information online WHILE we all know what happens there, we all know that the internet, by default, is not a safe place anymore. Not since the rise of social medias at least. As to why bullying, no matter the topic. Viewed from above, bullying is a very long-term social practice of our societies, since forever probably. I know people always tell me I should just have sex or hook-up or whatever. But I'm just not ready for sex yet & I'd rather wait until I have a romantic partner to do that. To let a stranger do it is WAY too close in my opinion. Plus, I know I probably wouldn't have that great of a time compared to someone who loves me, cares about me, gets to know my body, & let's me learn at my own pace. That doesn't mean I won't have any sexual activity though, just no sex.

I see it when people have different values and beliefs. They want to make you believe in what they believe in. Much like religion, politics, etc, there is a constant push to conform to their ideals.
