Some people get sad or angry easily over little stuff because there has been major things past or present they haven’t got through. Give people some grace so long as they don’t take it out on you just understand there could be more they’re dealing with.

Sometimes hair triggered people are some of the strongest mentally and emotionally you’ll ever meet. Because it takes all their energy just to hold themselves together because of things that have happened or are happening maybe even about to happen. So little things can be that straw that breaks the camels back.
