Pee time how can I tell if it's a special pee thing or if they just want to be open?

My girlfriend wants to watch me pee and being a nurse she sees all her patients pee. She says she wants to be open but not see me poop. But sometimes it just makes her so happy it feels like it's more then being open and accepting.
