It looks a water bug or an American cockroach. The big ones don't reproduce as fast as the German cockroach. It's dead so most likely you won't have anymore after that. If it was the small ones like the German cockroach then it would be a problem.

As a boy, I lived in a place with so many we called it "the Cockroach Hilton!!!"
@beefcakebradybatson there used to be a sidewalk in front of my old house that was buckled up from tree roots. There would always be a thousand of those bastards under there and I would have to avoid watering the grass there at night or they would all come out and make a b-line for my house. I can't remember what I did but I eventually killed them off
