Is this a bed bug?

I money is on a roach. Bed bugs are not limited to beds. They can take up residency in sofas, chairs or carpets. They tend to hang out where they can get a fresh meal of blood from a human or pet. Also bed bugs leave behind burn or black droppings from the blood meal they have consumed. They are easy to spot because there are usually more than one and hide in the seams of mattresses and cloth furniture.

Yes, that is 100% a bed bug. The flat round body is distinct, you need to start figuring out how to get the place cleaned and get them out before they really dig in. It's not a cockroach, that would be longer and skinnier with a brown body

Terrible, You can look into getting a bottle of bed bug killer online. Not like the spray, more like the stuff you have to dilute in water

I can't tell from the poor pic but it looks like it could be a German roach. Where did you find that?

It's on the couch but there's a bed next to the couch. There are roach problems in the apartment so that could be.

I'm a landlord... those German roaches usually come from grocery store food boxes etc. When they get in they take at least three extermination sprays...

Oh geez. This is actually in a 3 level building and the "pest maintenance" do the sprays more or less routinely.
