160 to 162.5 is average in most countries, so 157 is just slightly below average, although there are parts of the world where the average female height is 149.5 to 152.
It's "fun size". I consider girls that size and shorter adorable cute.

I'm 188 and my shortest girlfriend was 155. She was amazing!

Depends on the country. In every European and Anglo-Saxon country it is below average. In India it would be tall.
