Do most women talk bad about their boyfriends to their female friends?

So everytime they hung out they would talk bad about me so I initially didn’t know this was going on I just thought they were hanging out. Like one Christmas I bought a gingerbread house for her cause she said she enjoys building them and she said she was gonna build it with her friend. Well the whole time they were building it they were talking bad about me. I found out because we were talking and she accidentally let it slip and my trust was destroyed
