I’m dating a guy that is friends with both me and my best friend. Me and him have started dating and lately he hasn’t been talking to her. He was more closer to her and usually he comes over and says what’s up to her. Before him and I started dating he would ask where was she and text her. This past week he acts like she doesn’t exist at all. Doesn’t look for her or text her anymore. She’s been asking me if he talks to me and him and I talk everyday and we go out. Lately she’s been upset and sorta taking it out on me thinking I have something to do with it. But when we first started dating he still was in contact with her but suddenly just stopped.

He might think that he has to, as to show you that you're his priority for his attention since you're dating. You might mention to him that you know he's ignoring her and you don't want him to abandon his friends just because you're dating. He might just need that nudge to go "Oh, it's okay" he might have had a girlfriend in the past that wouldn't allow him to have female friends and that could be causing this behavior.
