What does it mean when your female friend takes a video of you and sends it to her guy friend? And why did she do it?

I had went out with my female friend to eat and she took a video of me and send it to our guy friend I don't know what she was telling him but she was smiling almost giggled. But their is some kind of history between me and him nothing sexual but back in 2015 he confessed that he had a crush on me. We really never talk about the subject we stopped talking for years. Just last year in December I went to go visit my friend I thought it was just going to be me and her but turns or she invited him as well. We were catching up on things he couldn’t stop staring and making jokes, being all flirty with me when my friend wasn’t there, then we hung out again this year in February he was being very nice to me helping me out either my luggage paid for my parking spot didn’t let me pay for my food he only ask for $10 and I know for a fact my food and drink where not $10 he want it to paint my nails as well, then the last time we hung out which was in March, he had touch my hand to give me a high five but that wasn’t a high five that hand touch lasted way longer than 3 seconds I felt him getting nervous I still didn’t move my hand until my female friend handed me something that’s when I moved my hand but high fives don’t last longer than 3 seconds.
