What does it mean when she wears your jacket?

Me and my female friend was hanging out and there were some people there we know and they all hung there jackets up and she said she was cold and was trying to find a jacket from the other jackets that were hung up, she had one on, and I pulled mine out and she said "oh, is this yours?" She took the other one off and put mine on and walked around a bit. Does this mean she likes me?

Usually, it means next to nothing. In the situation you describe, though, and with the way she handled it, then yeah, she might like you a little bit. But if so she was very easy going about it, and that's not normally a sign of romantic interest. :)
