Why do women stare at me a lot?

I understand when a guy stares but when women stare they look at me up and down. I’m short and attractive but I don’t dress anyway to catch attention just casual normal wear. But like why is that necessary it seems rude to me to be starring so long making it obvious looking up and down specifically. It’s very weird to me lol.
