Why do girls/women stare at me so much and/or make eye contact?

I am 16 years old and not some special boy or something, as a matter of fact I have a really bad self-esteem, although I do not show it. Anyways, when I am cycling to school I can just feel girls' staring at me in the corner of my eye. Or when I go to the church in public women stare at me. Today there was this pretty young lady walking past me and who had to necessarily turn around and look in my eyes.

I just don't get it, I mean I wear just nice clothes, and my hair is great according to my friends. But I got light acne, and it is almost gone, and I am foreign in a country where there are very few foreigners. I just get the feeling girls stare at me, because I am a foreigner, and some kind of weirdo or whatever the heck they think.

Plus, there are about a load of girls at my school whose name I do not even know, and I think are pretty, cute and keep making eye contact with me every single day, why? There is no food stuck on my face or toilet paper rolling out of my pants.

Ok here are the secrets of eye contact. Things I've read and found to be true.

If you and a girl stare into each others eyes and hold the stare for 5 seconds or more, you both are interested in each other.

If there is that "shine" in her eyes than that is another dead give away. Or a twinkle in her eyes. Trust me you will know it when you see it. I've seen it and it is a beautiful thing.

If a girl looks at you and then quickly looks to the ground and then back up again, dead give away she likes you. You make her uncomfortable that's why we do it.

If she looks at you and then looks at something else, just shifts her view (not quickly) then she just happened to look at you so don't assume anything off of that.

I would have to agree that these are right. Most girls don't really have the confidence to keep staring after they are caught, but the ones who do are very confident in themselves and the type who might make the first move or just keep staring to force the guy to make the first move, ha ha.

You are hot or have beautiful eyes..But I think it's the first one because that girl turned around to look at you. I liked few boys who have acne, that isn't a problem. They are still attractive. The only person who can see problems like that is you. Put a picture or something so I could say to you why do they look at you so much. But not your face only. I mean whole body (with clothes of course xD) .

Apparently they like looking at you. They find you interesting, good looking, etc.
