Do you think you can tell a girl and a guy are in love by how they look at each other?

I mean if they look at each other with prolonged and intense eye contact can you tell that they are in love? The kind where you lock and hold it for a while. They feel comfortable to do it. There’s no turning away.

That’s to say that people who are not might feel uncomfortable to look into each others eyes if they don’t feel that way. What do you think?

Not really, I mean I’m deeply in love with my partner but we don’t gaze into each others eyes nonstop in front of people to where they make notice and it’s awkward for them. To me that is more of a lust or eye-tag kinda thing between two people who aren’t in a relationship. With my man, you can tell when we look at each other that we love one another, like when he talks I’ll watch and I’m sure you can see it in my eyes. Same for me when I’m talking or whatever. But we don’t just stop and stare for prolonged times lol.
