obviously you can. they usually stare and don't feel self conscious at all about it. while looking at you they try to read more deeply how you feel than normal. they usually admire qualities they like about you at the same time. this produces a distinct facial expression on their face. you can tell when they love you and unless they're a master manipulator it can't be faked.
