Most probably that the one or the other does indeed love a younger adult male person but not really a boy.
A boy, by definition is:
"A male child or adolescent".
If an elder woman would indeed love a male child, that could potentially make her a pedophile and that is against the law in most civilized countries if there is intimate relationships between the elder woman and the child.
I am quite sure, although I cannot prove it, that some elder women love (true love) younger adult males above the age of 18. This would probably not be something totally unusual.

Not boys, men. There is a difference. And no not necessarily. I tend to enjoy older men myself.
