There are so many development delays that it is impossible to give a blank answer here.

If a child has been diagnosed with development delay, then, it all depends what kind of delay we are talking about. Are we talking about

- Cognitive (thinking) skills?
- Social and emotional skills?
- Speech and language skills?
- Fine and gross motor skills?

I think not, if hormone is possible , to add hormones, still, it seems wrong to pressure body , so just let it develop at its rate unless pain.

Yes, I assume you mean breast but yes hormone boosters are the usual goto but there could be an underlying cause what's up?
