Even without pregnancy and childbirth, men do. Women's leading cause of death here, is murder by a current or former partner. Women are much more likely to be raped at least once in life. Women are discriminated against in many occupations and are now barred from active combat roles. Women's pain or symptoms are often disregarded by male doctors. Etc etc.

Even if you remove pregnancy and its possibilities, men still have better lives because men don’t have to worry about being randomly followed home by a man who’s too attached to the image of you with too much time on his hands

Every time men say “women have it better” they only refer to dating and marriage, like women aren’t the ones doing all the labor they can’t be bothered to do both emotionally and in the home
