It could. To a female it shows that you paid attention. Especially if a lot of men forgot her name. So it could put a little “awww” in her heart that you remembered it. So she may feel a little special. Guarantee she’s thinking the something similar. He remembered my name. Does that mean he likes me. Women like when men pay attention to details, things about her that you remember cause to her it shows effort on your part that you’re renting personal things about her.
No, it doesn't, other than she might be a little flattered that she left enough of an impression that you remember her. I have run into girls I went to school with and they all say things like, "oh, that's nice that you remember me", just like I think it's nice they remember me.
